Elsa holds a Fine Arts degree from the University of Lisbon, specialising in Painting, Drawing, and Engraving. With extensive experience in both formal and non-formal education, she has worked as an artist, teacher, and educator in various settings, including schools, art workshops, and institutions supporting children and young adults. To enhance her teaching skills, she has completed master classes in pedagogy at the Education Institute of the University of Lisbon.

Her background in Fine Arts allows Elsa to infuse creativity and innovation into the learning process. She has served as a Visual Arts educator across secondary schools, sixth forms, and academies in the Greater London area, covering subjects such as Aesthetics, Philosophy, and Sociology.
