Elena Marochkina holds a Master’s degree in Philology. She has been teaching for over 15 years in various countries, including Russia, the Czech Republic, and England.

As a mother of three children, two of whom attend ISS Madeira, she brings a unique perspective that enhances her understanding of both teaching and parenting. This insight allows her to connect with students and families on a deeper level.

Beyond the classroom, she is passionate about fostering creativity and critical thinking in her students. In her free time, she enjoys reading and meeting with her international friends, sharing stories, and exchanging ideas from different cultures.
