Francisco spent his childhood and teenage years split between Madeira and Lisbon – a hint of what his professional life would look like in a few years. After finishing high school in Madeira, Francisco moved to Lisbon more definitively to study Management at ISEG Lisbon School of Economics and Management, whilst at the same time initiating his career leading the Finance, Legal and Administrative Departments of the Group, headquartered in Madeira Island.

His role has since evolved to his current functions as President & CEO, actively developing and implementing Sharing Group’s strategic vision and growth whilst maintaining the coordination of each school’s Finance, Legal and Administrative Departments.

Traveling between Lisbon, Madeira and the Algarve, Francisco knows each school very well and is one of the Group’s biggest enthusiasts of the relentless pursuit of perfection.
