Henrique Caldeira has a Master’s degree in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education from University of Madeira.

Besides being an experienced summer camp monitor and coordinator for Galo Kids, he has developed his scientific investigation skills through 6 years working at ARDITI and M-ITI, focusing on elite and sub-elite athletes from different sports and age groups.

Henrique is a dedicated football referee officiating in national division competitions, bringing his passion for the sport to the field. Before entering the education system, he served in the Portuguese military, which instilled in him a strong sense of discipline and teamwork.
